The best ice cream sandwich I've ever had.

Cabane à sucre Côte-à-Joly a "sugar shack" outside Montreal and near(ish) the summer cottage we're decamped to for a few weeks has NO JOKE the most insanely good ice cream sando I have ever had, a maple sugar and other sugar bomb for sure but SUCH good ice cream perfectly frozen between two perfectly crispy oat cookies the size of my not small hands AND it was a grand total of $5CAD which is about $3.5USD.

Oddly chic room and LOTS of other good flavors of both trad and soft serve frosty treats.

See them hiding there on the edge of the photo...I will go back. 🤤
