Therapy, massage, relax - there are so many ways to use this on the daily it is a very worthy spend and space commitment. This is my third Hyperice over a decade - (always over Theragun) and this gen 3 go is less & than my first one and more function than the last one in a smaller package so they do get better as the company matures.

Both of my others were gifted onward and never broke or needed warranty help. Daily driver, if you're on a road trip for sure pack it and honestly I pack it on long hauls as well. Recovery isn't just post marathon.
