Bala bands set

The ultimate if you can only bring one thing on the road take these tool, great at home for recovery, PT & workouts. So many uses so little space. This set is three different resistance strengths and I love them.

They last for years and they look good. For me the experience of moving includes what something looks like and most importantly how it functions - I am a no go zone for the knock off no-one wants them when you're done because they're so poorly made exercise stuff. These cost a bit more but are very worth the difference in so many ways.
