I have a very specific blender protocol and for me my now 15 year old Bamix is the MVP. Why I love this tool so much, the way I cook and the way we're developing a food program at CANAVA is about a stocked pantry, sauces, spices, in season food - minimal animal protein and fermented things across the board - this adaptable tool makes all of that more. If you made me pick just one - this is it - and it's the most flexible it goes to the task instead of the task coming to it. SO many fewer dishes.
1. Dressings - I think these almost always should be made not bought. With this baby it's a few mins and a rinse in the container of your choosing to leveled up salads, roasted veg and any protein you want dressed.
2. Dips - 100% you can use this in replacement for a food processor if needed or if doing less than a big party quantity of things like these amazing Mezze from CANAVA Roasted Beet Hummus or Muhammara with Labneh
3. Soups & Sauces - dip this baby into the pot and give it a whirl - make sure it's not insane hot and in this case you'll save yourself a trip to the Vitamix (also a part of my blender protocol).
4. Whips - use the attachment and make quick whip cream and anything needing a power whip without breaking out the Kitchen Aid (also a part of the mixer mix)
