Non-Alc Proxies: Wine Alternative

Full disclosure I do drink, just not always and not nearly as much as I used to which was never that much. What I do want is interesting non-alcoholic options.

Complex and fun and joyful - things that delight my mouth.

When we were in Canada doing our cottage tour last month I snagged some Proxies at Boucherie Lawrence (more on them soon) in Montreal and let's just say I'm never going back. I am a big fan of Acid League the folks behind these fermented bottles & cans.

Another win under their belt. So happy they exist in this timeline.
