Plant Therapy Lavender Fine Essential Oil

I place a few drops on a buckwheat eye pillow that I don't use as an eye pillow but as a little under neck yummy cushion that a few drops of lavender permeate. FANTASTIC for planes and trains where it transports me to another space and I can sleep better.
