
This golden nectar is based on a simplified version from Ottolenghi and is SUCH A GOOD replacement for the whole lemons I can never get right when trying to preserve. It takes less than 30 min end to end and I keep it (not advised to do food saftey) for a very long time sealed in the fridge. Pull it out for dressings, bowls, roasted veg, pasta sauces there are a few suggestions in the recipe and the uses are endless. I will travel with it that's how insane I am about it. ENJOY!
