I’ve been into and buying the green powered part of the Welle Co universe for a decade but JUST started partaking of this elixir and it does make a difference in sleep quality. I do 1/2 water at 165 degrees and 1/2 warm frothed Elmhurst 2 ingredient Cashew Milk before bed and it works.
