LoRox Aligned Domes - YUMMY

These look like a torture device but they're really lifesavers in so many ways.

Stand on them - like two tiny bosu balls with spikes that give you a little massage. I sometimes lay on them. under my back, glute, or neck if there's soreness - they amp up the circulation & they travel reasonably well for all they do they're worth the space.

You can get them to suction together (off label) and then you have a round spiky ball too - not super stable but works on your next well.
